With headquarters in Drogheda, Ireland, and regional offices around the world, WaterWipes is a global business selling the world’s purest baby wipes in over 50 countries.

With a consistently expanding customer base and global sales increasing by roughly 30% per annum, the production team were struggling to meet increased demand, with minimal room for additional infrastructure.

ITI Group developed a real-time Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform that worked with their existing machinery and enabled them to optimise their operations.

Ongoing Success

Following the success of the project, ITI Group continued to work with the client to replace their existing maintenance and utility management solution, to further optimise operations.

ITI Group has also recently implemented an energy management solution at WaterWipes, which supported the client in achieving the ISO 50001 accreditation for energy management systems.
