High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems (HIPPS)

Fast detection, decisive action, and enhanced protection

A High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS) protects equipment and assets from the invisible danger of over-pressurisation, and is vital for the safe operation of chemical and hydrocarbon production.

Our HIPPS systems analyse pressure fluctuations and calculate risk, then isolates and shuts off or adjusts the source of the high pressure, before a system’s safe operating pressure is exceeded.

When your pressure peaks, our systems deliver.

We are proud of our reputation, and of the trust placed in us by industries we serve.

We’ve designed and commissioned many IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 compliant high integrity pressure protection systems for our clients.

Our experienced engineers apply focus and innovation to every HIPPS, because we’re determined to protect the vital work you do, and enhance your operations.
